"Paws in the Park" is one of LARGEST Dog Events in the Charlotte area, mark your calendars and plan to attend.
Rescues & Animal Shelters with fundraising items and dogs available for adoption, Food Trucks, Business & Arts/Craft vendors, Blessing of the Animals, Dog Contests, Photo Booth, Kids Playground, Dare Devil Dogs Frisbee shows and LIVE on stage ~~Chairmen of the Board!

11:30am- Blessing of the Animals at stage
12pm- Dog Contests at stage w/ WBTV's Rachel Coulter
1-3pm- Chairmen of the Board at stage
2:30pm-Dare Devil Dogs Frisbee show by large shelter
3pm- Event ends

Everyone is welcome to participate, FREE to sign-up.
Sign up required by 11:30am at Charlotte Black Dogs Tent.
(Limit of 15 dogs in each category)
The audience is judging this popular event.
1. Smallest dog 1 year and older
2. Largest Dog measured around chest
3. Best Dog Trick
4. Best Dressed Female
5. Best Dressed Male
6. Best Dressed Group (min of 2 dogs/max 5 dogs per entry)

Please remember that ALL friendly dogs are welcome to attend and must be on a leash at all times.
PLEASE, no retractable leashes, they are not allowed for safety.
Please feel free to bring a chair or blanket for the grass in front of the stage area.
