Mecklenburg Oktoberfest, from the producers of the Taste of Charlotte Festival, will complement two marquee events already established in the fall at Truist Field. The day will begin with the Pink Cupcake Walk for Breast Cancer benefiting Go Jen Go, rolling into the Charlotte Knights Pumpkin Patch. These events will now include a full day Oktoberfest celebration, offering a mix of entertainment, local craft beer, shopping, live music, family activities, food and more!
There is no cost for admission to Mecklenburg Oktoberfest. Food and beverage can be purchased with festival coins, available on the App or at Coin Booths inside Truist Field.
Planned Attractions Include:
BIERGARTEN and WIENZELT (Beer Garden and Wine Cellar): Live Music featuring local & regional bands playing traditional German Oktoberfest Music in addition to a mix of rock and pop on multiple stages. Oktoberfest fun and games, contests and dancing throughout the day. Enjoy a variety of German beers, wine, slushies, and more. Purchase a stein and toast the day away!
FOOD: Dozens of food options from area Restaurants and Food Vendors will feature German based menu items from Brats to Strudel and everything in between. A variety of American Festival fare will be available as well.
MARKET: From your favorite fall produce and homegrown goodness to an eclectic shopping experience featuring handcrafted original designs and local jams to candles and custom jewelry.
KINDERSPIELPLATZ (Kids Play Area): Interactive play areas with adventurous activities for children of all ages. From Gyro & Climbing Wall to Bounce Houses & Obstacle Courses. Kids can PLAY ALL DAY...Get your bounce house wristband at any coin booth to jump unlimited for the day! Gyro and Climbing Wall accept coins only, no cash.

PINK CUPCAKE WALK together with TRUIST: For the third year, the Pink Cupcake Walk will take place at Truist Field, Home of the Charlotte Knights. Participants will make four laps around the warning track and get cupcakes from local bakeries for each completed lap. The event raises funds for Go Jen Go, a local nonprofit supporting individuals fighting breast cancer & needing assistance with household bills. The walk will kick off at 9:30am.
PUMPKIN PATCH presented by CIRCLE K: The Charlotte Knights Pumpkin Patch on the field is back! Bring the family and pick out the best pumpkin for the season. Pumpkin Painting, decorating and other fall activities throughout the day.
