UpStage is the newest home for performing arts and creative events in the North Davidson (NoDa) arts district! We are dedicated to the support of a wide variety of local and regional on-stage talent, including: theater (full plays, one-man shows and staged readings), comedy (both improv, sketch), spoken-word poetry, live music, burlesque, cabarets and dance, just to name a few!
Occupying the space that was once Wine Up, UpStage is a versatile, 3000+ square foot venue with two stages, a dance floor, full liquor, beer & wine bar, and food service capability with meals prepared by Boudreaux’s Louisiana Kitchen. Our ability to provide a full dining and bar experience to you sets us apart from most performing arts venues in the area.
