Yoga for the Community
($3 kadi members, $5 non-members)
We have chosen from the area's top instructors, for an assortment of styles and inspiration:
2/4 Deep Stretch w/ Megan McFadden
2/11 Yoga Flow w/ Megan Hively
2/18 Yoga Flow w/ Karen Burkhart
2/25 Deep Stretch w/ Genevieve Boulanger
Boga: BARRE and mat workout, combining strengthening and stretching exercises found in ballet, martial arts and yoga.
Break Dance: Our professional breakers, Tron and Leah, walk the kids through the fundamentals of breakin' and allows the kids to add their own "spin" and creativity.
Creative Movement: (Toddler and up) This class is offered for children during several of our adult classes. The kids will stay active and utilize their imagination while you get your own sweat on!
Hip Hop Kids: (k-5th) Not only do they get the basics of hip hop, but, we also relate to them through pop culture, and empower individuality.
Kardio Dance: Shake and sweat off the calories with this intense cardio workout. Styles range from hip hop to rock to salsa.
Kardio Krave: A perfect blend of kardio dance and strenght training.
Primal Sole: A drop-in, sweat session. One of our knowledgeable, fitness coaches will lead you through the day's Primal workout. You make it the length of time that fits your needs. Open: 7-9am 11am-1pm M-F FREE for tribe members, or $10 per session
Primal Fight: Focus on various boxing combos, jumprope, and intense drills to maximize speed, agility and strength.
Yoga Flow (Vinyasa): is one of the most popular styles of yoga for its fast-paced, fitness approach.
