Boga Fit: See what the celebrities are raving about in this barre workout class. Sculpt long, lean muscles with moves found in ballet and yoga for a full body workout.
Kardio Dance: Shake and sweat off the calories with this intense cardio workout! Styles range from hip hop to rock to salsa. Proven to be unlike any class you’ve taken before!
Kardio Bootcamp: Dancing circuits! A perfect blend of cardio and strength training.
MomsEvo: It's never too late to get your body back! We integrate cardio, strength training, and core restoration into one workout. (Need child care? There's Creative Movement for Kids that runs at the same time).
Creative Movement: Explore dance in a fun, laid back environment. We play games and use our imagination throughout the class.
PiYo: Blend of pilates, yoga, sports training and dance, to kick up the calorie burn, and build lean muscle.
Primal Fit: A short, circuit-training workout, that will work the cardiovascular system, while also building strength.
Zumba: “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party.” This latin inspired workout is a combination merengue, cumbia, salsa, reggaeton, and more.
Turbo Kick: A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music. Kick up the calorie burn and define great abs!
Hip Hop Hustle: This class is a completely pre-designed hip-hop dance class that’s easy to follow and fun to do!
Hip Hop Kids: Kids grades K-3rd can come learn fun and funky hip hop routines.
