Stroller Strides has arrived in the South Charlotte area!! Join us for our Grand Opening kick off event including a FREE Stroller Strides Class, giveaways and Refreshments.Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby all at the same time. The classes are designed for all fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors (who are also moms). Classes consist of a total body workout combining power walking with toning exercises that incorporate the stroller.
